Registration fees
The registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, congress material, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the congress days. Social events are also included in the registration fee but pre-registration is mandatory.
The fees are stated in Swedish Krona/SEK excluding Swedish VAT.

Student fees
The student fee applies for all students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation. PhD-students/PhD-candidates preparing for their PhD-degree are allowed to register as “Students”.
Registration Instruction for Presenting Authors
Each accepted ICBM 2022 abstract must have at least one full registration.
Social Events
Welcome Reception September 27th – TBC

The welcome reception is hosted by ICBM14. Pre-registration is mandatory if you want to attend. The Welcome reception includes food and drinks. The venue will be announced later.
Guided tour and Gala Dinner September 29th
18:00 – 19:30
Guided tour in Stockholm Old Town, no pre-registration requierd.
20:00 – 23:00
Gala Dinner at Stadshuskällaren, Stockholm City Hall. The dinner includes food and drinks. Pre-registration is mandatory if you want to attend.
Conference venue and Hotel
The main conference venue will be at Ersta Diakoni Conference, the Norrby room at Erstagatn 1K, Stockholm.
There is a possibility to stay at Ersta Hotel, you can make a reservation on their website. Single room from SEK 1295 and double room from 1695, per room and night including VAT.
Other hotels within walking distance from the conference venue are NOFO Hotel, Scandic Sjöfartshotellet, Scandic Malmen, and Hotell Söder.
Cancellation of registration and social events
The registration is binding. If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. All changes should be done in written form to: icbm14@meetx.se
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By clicking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” button in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy.
