All participants receive a name-badge and for safety reasons we kindly ask you to wear it during all congress days.
The name-badge is also valid as a ticket to the Welcome reception and Congress dinner, if you have signed up for this.
General information
Conference venue and Hotel
The main conference venue will be at Ersta Diakoni Conference, the Norrby room at Erstagatn 1K, Stockholm.
There is a possibility to stay at Ersta Hotel, you can make a reservation on their website. Single room from SEK 1295 and double room from 1695, per room and night including VAT.
Other hotels within walking distance from the conference venue are NOFO Hotel, Scandic Sjöfartshotellet, Scandic Malmen, and Hotell Söder.
Local transport in Stockholm
It is easy to travel by local transport in Stockholm. Click on the link to search
Taxi and train to/from Arlanda airport
You can take the train from Arlanda to Stockholm City, it takes only 18 minutes, buy a ticket here.
If you want to go by taxi we recommend to use Taxi Stockholm. You will find information and it is possible to pre-book your taxi online here.
